Pictures!

Here are the pictures from the reunion. Many thanks to our photographer, Julie Johns, and Heidi Bliesner (Partridge) for spotting us a digital camera when mine (Katie Willie's) ran out of batteries. (Seriously, who just carries digital cameras with them? Thank goodness Heidi does! Saved our hides that night!)
We held the reunion at The Lodge by Maddox, in Perry, UT. Here's a picture of the tables before everyone arrived. In the foreground is my husband (this is Katie Willie).
Marlene Israelsen was our techno wizard for the evening, engineering the trivia game and all its accoutrements. Many thanks!

Nate Leishman and his new bride (Nate, you a little bored?) Richard Datwyler is in the foreground. Josh Gunnell is sitting behind Nate. Darren Child (Katie Willie's husband) is sitting to Nate's right

Patrick Shepherd was our MC for the evening, and this is him and Bart Liechty doing the raffle drawing

Reunion Information

Greetings, MC Class of '97 grads!

Details for our reunion are as follows:

It will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2007, at 5:00 P.M. at Maddox Lodge, 1950 So. Hwy 89-91, Brigham, City, UT. The cost for dinner is $22/person. Your attendance will guarantee one ticket entry into our raffle; additional tickets will be $1/person.

Please RSVP by September 10 to Katie Willie (mcclassof97@gmail.com) or to Carrie Parker by phone (801-427-7023).

Mail your check to Bart Liechty at 2196 South 900 East, Bountiful, UT 84010, with checks payable to Bart.

Please also e-mail your replies to these questions to mcclassof97@gmail.com. You may also mail your replies to Carrie Parker at 1188 West 950 North, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062.

I had previously discussed the idea of posting the profiles on-line as I receive them, in order for others to view them. However, I'm not sure how many people would appreciate personal information about them being posted on-line, so the information will remain with me until the reunion, at which point I will compile it and e-mail it to those wishing to receive updates or provide a print-out for those in attendance.

Profiles

Many of you are receiving your invitations in the mail. They direct you to this web site for more information, and as soon as we nail down final details in our upcoming meeting, I will post those exciting, top-secret details here (things like whether or not we'll have buffalo or rattlesnake as the entree that evening!).

In the meantime, please answer the following questions and e-mail them to mcclassof97@gmail.com. I will post the profiles of our illustrious Class of 97 graduates here on the web site and perhaps work on a way to compile them for the evening of the reunion.

1. What's your life like right now? (Where do you live? Current or intended occupation? Hobbies and interests?)

2. Any significant events or accomplishments? (Education? Mission? Married/Engaged (to who?) Kids? Travel? Graduation? Military experience? Career?)

3. Anything that you've done or that's happened in the past ten years that you didn't expect?

4. Memories of high school or things you miss?

5. One of the most important things you've learned since high school?
